Anybody else have problems with the front brakes building up pressure and not releasing it? As I drive around on the hwy or something where I'm not using the brakes at all, the front brakes start applying and pretty much bring me to a stop if I don't hammer it to keep up w/ traffic! Then after I let it sit or bleed off the pressure it works fine for the rest of the day pretty much. I lifted the truck 5 inches but didn't touch the brakes to speak of, other than relocating the brackets. Now I can't drive the truck without stoping every so often to bleed the brakes! No biggy right, yeah just what I thought too! What is wrong and what can I do to fix it? Is it the abs computer or what, there's not much to this stuff is there? Some fluid, some valves, and abs system and brake cylinders, right? Am I gonna end up paying if I take it to the dealership? My dealer isn't to bad w/ the whole, you changed the "wipers" so the warranty is void thing, but I'm just wondering if this is actually my fault.

RMarkey,

Did you ever get this fixed? I would check your brake lines for kinks in them. Could be the heat builds up enough pressure in the lines with the kinks to engage the brakes. That's where I would start anyway. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
