Does anyone know who manufactures or supplies front bumper inserts that match the origanal honeycomb gill design. I am aware of the Billet and wire inserts that are available. 99 3500 quad cab loaded etc.

Unusuall Automotive Solutions has them, www.unusualauto.com

Loel,I came across a Ram in the junkyard where the honeycomb was broken in about 5 pieces. The junk yard dude let me have it for free. I cut it to fit the bumper holes and just pushed it in figuring they would fall out,no big deal. That was three years ago, they're still hanging in there. I've seen the ones from Unusual Auto, they look the same and stay in much the same, but cost much more than mine.

95 3500,5 speed 3:54,BD E-brake,Driftwood,Banks&Psycotty,34,000 GCVW apple and tractor hauler(works harder truck)

I bought the black ones from Unusual Auto on a group purchase last fall. Bill's right, they just wedge in there, but they don't fall out. I like them because they might keep a rock from punching through the cooler. They look good, too. If you call Unusual Auto, mention TDR. You never know, they might still give you the group price.

Loel, I have had the inserts you were asking about in my truck. If you do get them, you can make them more permenant by wiring the top part of the honeycomb to the DC plastic tab (gray). I used copper wire that was soft and it won't rust. By doing this you won't be able to push the insert into the intercooler.
