My PT mech is working up front & rear bumpers right now. Not quite as fancy as your's, but they should be ready to work.

BTW, what are you going to coat it with?

I'll be looking to try out Rust Bullet on mine. Powdercoating seems to chip off too quickly for me.

I'm in the planning stage to make my own bumpers. How thick is the plate, what's it weigh? Has anyone know of a portable winch mount bumper for the big ones?



My Wife just bought a Warn M12000 for my 25th Wedding Anniversary present (That's about 75 years in Husband years). Biggest portable mount I've seen is for the 9000# max that goes into the hitch receiver. I want to leave it at home, put it on the front to carry and pull out others, or put it on the back if I ever need to extract myself.





Paint Idea - just rattle-can it. Then when you park a little too deep, you can just touch it up on the spot. "Honest Officer, I never touched him. See, Not a scratch!"
