My front crank seal does not leak a drop. The truck has 80,000 miles. When I pull my cover to see if my gear case is the improved design (KDP concerns), what are the chances I can reinstall the cover with the original crank seal and not have a leak? Or should I go ahead and order the cover gasket and the crank seal.
PS: Scheid Diesel sent out a flyer in the mail telling they are able to now do the jig fix in-house. It didnt say if this was at all three locations or just Effingham, IL.
