Front crankshaft seal replacement job cost ?

Hi TDR. It looks to me like this is where the oil originates as it is higher than the lower edge of front cover, but I don't see it coming from above crank pulley. I notice a very slight lowering of stick level between changes. Can somebody tell me what this job should take for time and what is a reasonable amount to pay ? Unlikely a dealer. Steering box needs replacing and it would seem the logical time to do it ?
