Front drive shaft

Is there any difference in the front drive shaft on a 2001 2500?. I have the 6 speed manual trans and a NP241DLD transfer case. I need a new front shaft but everything I’m looking at lists different shafts depending on auto, 5spd manual and 6 spd manual.

Shure there will be different shafts as all the transmissions are different lenght.

Be sure everything on the new driveshaft matches up with what you need. I just went through this for my 1999 SWB Cummins NV4500 4x4. It took a long phone conversation and two tries at the local auto parts shop to get the right thing. My cost was around $500. The CV was junk on the old shaft and there is no real savings by replacing just the CV.
