Ready to fix up the front end to like new/better than new riding/steering quality. Here is what i have on the shop floor ready to go in:

Bilstein 5100's

Steering dampner

Steering box

Borg. steering shaft

Maxx sway bar end links

Ball Joints (done 20k ago)

Dss (20K ago)

3rd gen track (20K ago)

What am i missing? Any suggestions for other stuff while i've got it torn down?

Before you mount it..........

They say painting the shaft will void the warranty. You should at least spray bomb it w/ Eastwoods Rust Encapsolator. Keep on eye on the upper u-joint. I have had 2 loosen up over the years.

I dunno

This Borgeson is about 13 years old. It started rusting from the get-go.

wow, surprised to see that kind of rust, but I guess its mostly cosmetic, i can live with that. However the rust preventer is a good idea.

i would assume tie rod ends are not any good. To be honest i haven't payed much attention to them. I know i replaced one a while back, but probably been 40k ago. I think i should probably just replace them all while i'm at it.
