front hitch

Does anyone have a front hitch installed on their 2500/3500? Where does it bolt up too? Do I have to loose the tow hooks? TIA John

The Warn Front Receiver Will Cause You To Loose Your Tow Hooks. On The Other Hand It Is A Winch Mount/grill Guard. (trans4ormer) And I Use D Rings.

I've got a Hidden Hitch front hitch. Had to remove my OEM tow hooks, but the new hitch has two tow rings.



BTW: You can sell the OEM tow hooks, on the TDR, for close to what a Hidden Hitch costs.

Did not have to remove hooks, but you have to drill holes in the frame. They want you to drill a large hole and put a backing plate in but I drilled a hole the size of the bolt and fish wired it in place.

Thanks for all the replies, the hidden hitch is the one I had been looking at. Was just wondering if I was going to lose the hooks. John
