Has anyone found a aftermarket front receiver hitch that will just bolt on without having to remove the front bumper. I talked to Tweety's and they don't carry any and the one that Curt makes I think I would have to cut a hole through the bumper and it looks like it might interfere with the lower part of the radiator. I just need a standard 2" receiver.

Bodiak clamps to factory tow hooks. I have one and it works great with no cutting or drilling required. You might need a bit of a drop hitch cuz it's a little higher than you might desire. I use a 4" drop. Makes putting the boat in the backyard a piece of cake. .

I would like a frt hitch also but I have a light bar that I have yet to mount and it uses the inside bolts of the tow hooks so that won't work for me. With the sport bumper a frame mounted one would be too low. I guess I just have to wait until I get my Herd Bumper:) Shadrach

If you have to cut anything its the plastic trim on the bottom of the bumper. The Reese hitch doesn't require any cutting, but does require you to remove the bumper.

The reason you have to remove the bumper is to get enough streangth out of the mount.

When I was shopping for a front receiver I looked at Bodiak but didn't buy one for 2 reasons, 1) I didn't want to block the airflow to the radiator, 2) the mount didn't look very stout to me.
