Front mount class 3 receiver hitch

For you folks with front mount receivers. Will a draw-tite or reese front mount hitch interfere with the factory tow hooks I just put on my 95 4x4 or will I have to remove the tow hooks? The guys at Draw-tite and Reese were not much help on this. Want to be sure before I buy. My goal is to get a set up so I can remove my winch and use it on my flatbed gooseneck if I need it.

The Draw-Tite won't work with the factory tow hooks on model year 2000. I needed the receiver more than the tow hooks.

Thanks Thomas. Are there any other options for a quick mount winch that can be used on my trailer?
