2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Front Passenger Wheel Locking Up

My front right wheel locks up upon braking when at low speeds. It just grabs out of nowhere and locks up. If I am going faster than say 10 miles/hr. - the brakes are perfectly normal. Now it doesn't do this all the time, only when I first get in the truck, back it up, move around parking lot, etc. It's really annoying. It seems like it almost has to be an ABS related problem. Just installed new rotors and pads less than 3k miles ago. Dealer recently installed new front right ABS wheel sensor, as the original was somehow damaged causing the ABS/Brake lights to remain on.



I would appreciate any help/ideas. Thanks!

When my 1996 3500 did this, it turned out to be a sticking caliper.
