The front pinion seal needs to be replaced for the 3rd time does anyone know what the torque is on that pinion nut?

The EASY way to do this is to mark the pinion nut's position on the shaft before disassembly and return it to the same mark. However, the FSM indicates that the nut should be replaced, which would render any mark useless. The manual recommends removal of the drive axles so the torque necessary to turn the pinion can be measured and recorded. Then, the new nut is tightened just enough to duplicate the original torque reading. Go too far, and you'll be disassembling the front differential ***'y to replace the collapsible spacer. The preload on used parts should be 10-20 inch pounds. You will need a very accurate torque wrench to measure this.
