2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Front receiver hitch and a DSS bar questions??? can i have both????

I'm looking to put a front hitch on my rig and was wondering if any one has both the DSS front stabilizer and a front receiver hitch? Any modification or will it bolt up fine??? I want to use the hitch for a truck pull weight bar.

Hooked right up with no mods on my '98. 5.

Yeah, it will bolt up easy but you may need longer bolts to go thru both and still have enough threads into the frame. I bought 1/2 inch longer bolts than comes with either kit and that worked well for me.

I'm running a Curt front mount hitch. It bolts to the sides of the frame. I'm also running the steering box stabilizer from PSC. It bolts between the sway bar mounts and the frame. There is absolutely no interference on my '01. Also, I highly recommend the Curt hitch for both price and quality.
