Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Ok, I have searched through multiple threads posted over the last two years here.
I have a 1996 2500, 4 x 4, ext long bed, 5 speed. I currently have the 046/039 combo for front springs. The front of the truck is starting to get mushy. I am planning on replacing the front springs in the next couple of weeks.
I have read in a few posts that some people went from the 046/039 combo to the 047/046 combo. I am thinking of making this switch. For those that have switched between these two combos, what are your impressions? How did it affect the handling/ride after switching to the stiffer springs?
