I am trying to replace the bushings on the links to my sway bar. Can anyone tell me how the bottom seperates from the sway bar? Or how to get the new bushings in. TIA. Travis.

Let's see if this works, do you mean these Parts I just odered 12 & 13 from here #13 is the bushings and you need two per side. I had one that fell apart so I just pounded the lower end out.

On edit: Didn't seem to direct you to the page so I'll try to put the picture here.

Yep I already have the bushings. When you say you pounded the bottom end out how did you get the nut off of the bolt? My nut seems to be spinning on the bolt. the end of the bolt is shaped to take a 5/15 socket I beleive, but that does nothing. Am I missing something here? Thanks TT for the quick help.

The ball and socket part of mine came apart so I was able to put vise grips on the ball end, even with that it turned pretty hard, if you've got the bushing end out of the sway bar try breaking the link if you're not re-using it, or try to grab the 5/16 part with vise grips and turn the nut with a wrench. Please note that those puppies are expensive if you need to buy one, almost $50.

When I did mine the sway bar links were so bad I had to replace them, along with the bushings. By the sounds of it you may have to as well, since you've probably twisted it too far and ruined the socket. Apparently this is common.
