On some trucks that double U joint (think it's called a cardon joint) has a grease fitting in the center of one of the joints. It requires onne of those needle grease gun adaptors. It's not easy to find or get at.
Specifically, the OP asked about u joints. There are no provisions for greasing the u joints.
There is no greasing the double cardon joint either. A double cardon is a type of joint that contains 2 ujoints and a pivot point.
The only grease point on the front drive line is for the CV joint, the pivot poin tin the double cardon. It is a needle type port that is hiding. Had to go find the picture cuz telling is not gonna do the job.

Thats the truth. . I gave up and grease it about 1 time a year... if that doesnt do it, it can fail!!.
When I asked the local dealership about this grease zerk when this truck was new, their "diesel specialists" informed me there was no grease fitting of any kind and that I you do is use grease in a spray can and spray the entire cardian joint with grease. . I asked him what the sticker under the hood was for and was told it (the sticker) shouldnt be there!!!. I tried to explain to him that spraying the joint fromt he outside was only going to lubricate the under side of the truck as it slung it all off going down the road, but he assured me that I was wrong!!!.

What ever you want to call it, I lube mine at every oil change as prescribed by the service manual. Dodge wouldn't have wasted their time and expense putting it there for no reason. I too had a dealer mechanic and a service writer tell me there was no way to lube the things. They must make good money on replacement parts.
