Front Wheel Bearing Trouble on 03 4x4 DC dually 3500

Hi guys Im a member of tdr(first genner) and love it. I need some expert advise to give to my brother in law. His truck keeps eating front wheel bearings (3 LEFT AND TWO RIGHT) and it has about 70000 miles on it. Dealer does'nt want to know anything and was wondering if you all heard of any TSB's on this issue. He is really a ford man at heart so i hear the least little trouble he has with it. I would appreciate any info on this matter. thanks again JLIGHT
