94' 2500 4 x4. Checking the front end, my rotor has play in it. The ball joints and (4) bolts to the spindle are good, so it only leaves the bearings. I know that it is a pressed bearing assembly, but is there any adjustment available? The bearings sound and feel good.

I have a bearing

Do a search under my user name, and you will find lots of info on bearings. Also, I was told a wrong part no. by DC, so I have extra parts if you want them, one bearing in the box still, and a used one, if you wish to go that way. Do you have ABS? These bearings don't have abs equipment, so if you do have it these won't work.

Napa carries parts as well. When I checked Mopar prices they were rather high and would only sell bearing and rotor together. Napa sells pieces separately.

It looks like Napa is the only parts house that carries the bearing assembly($250. 00). Pep Boys and AutoZone do not list any parts. DC sells only the hub/bearing assembly ($300. 00) or hub/bearing/rotor assembly($330. 00). If this was not my daily driver, I would pull the hub and match bearing and seal numbers at a bearing house. My only concern in trying to rebuild the bearings only is that the hub my be pitted out or no good since I do not think it has a removable race that the bearing rides in. That leaves me buying the assembly from DC.

I remembered pricing NAPA and they were more than the dealer. It seemed like the best price on the entire unit rotor was at mopar4less.com ( or something similar).
