I had the Kleen Wheels on my BMW. I personally don't like the looks of them (on the car anyway) and the problem is only delayed as the dust starts coming through the vents anyway. In fact, I was so displeased with them I threw them in the garbage.
On my truck, I was getting a lot of brake dust on the fronts even with the manual transmission. After installing an E-Brake, the dust is almost completely eliminated! Furthermore, as BCFAST has mentioned, the cooling is retained without them.
