frontend rebuild

Time to rebuild the frontend on my 94 2500 and have heard that the lower control arm will have to be replaced because new ball joint will not fit?Also bottom bushing on steering column is bad,Do they make replacment parts?

I have a ’94 2500. I had local (Lexington Park Dodge) replace my lower left ball joint. No problem.
