I thought you wanted to know how they communicated in the frontier.
Which would be making sounds like a bird,signaling with a mirror, or building a fire to send up smoke signals!

:-laf Naw. I had a really bad experience (too long a story to tell) with cutting my tv and internet over to frontier. You wouldnt even believe it. I first wanted to see if frontier was in danger of going out of business based on my recent experience. Then I wanted to get the email of someone in mgmnt to complain to. Although it took a week, I finally got my issues taken care of. I got telephone calls from 2 upper level managers. I got the contact info for the pres or ceo of frontier (got it from a frontier employee who told me to contact them, and got a call the next day from the ceo's office. They were all very gracious and really stepped up. BTW, one of my issues involved a contractor that they used to install the fios gear. I was told they fired him that day. I hate to see someone lose their job (he was only there 3 months). But he was totally unqualified, lied to me, and several other things. I dont think they would want him representing them.
