2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Frozen Wiper Motor

Anyone else have their windshield wiper motor freeze? It's been less than 15 degrees for several days now and it's a no go. Same as last week - it took 2 hours of driving before it warmed up enough to operate. No blown fuse, so there must be a circuit breaker on the motor itself. I never had this problem on my '98 (2wd V6 1500). The dealer said he's been getting a lot of vehicles like this (all models) this week. Anyone else with this problem and possibly a cure? (other than Spring or a heated garage)
