FSM electrical

Hey all you gear heads is there anyways anyone of you could email me the FSM electrical diagrams so i can trouble shoot a transmission problem related to the speed sensor on the transmission any help would be appreciated thanks

The FSM electrical diagrams section (8W) is 140 pages, of which 96 are schematic diagrams. The rest are splice locations, major cable runs, and so forth.



The distance sensor/speed sensor/VSS on the rear of the transmission show up on AD29, AD30, AD63 & AD64.



I've scanned them and will send them to you when you send me an email to -- email address removed -- with your email address. The scans will be a little over 2 megabytes total - you have to scan at high resolution to catch all the narrow lines.

well here is the skinny i had no OD before and no Speedo now i changed the speed sensor and now i have OD and everything is good so that myth is BUSTED now if i could find the loose wire so i can see how fast i am going at night then i won't get anymore tickets he he thanks if anyone has a fix for that it will help no dash lights but i do get my 4x indicatoe and headlights just nothing on the guage cluster

Do you have tail lights?

yes i have tail lights everything else works just fine just the cluster lighs don't work

Maybe the headlight switch? Possibly the printed circuit on the back of the gauge cluster, I had that fail on another truck I owned.

Pull your head light switch. This wire is on the reastat built into the switch to dim the dash lights.



That reastat is a coil of wire basicaly. I have seen them burn threw many times.



The wire is a tan wire terminal "I" on the headlight switch.
