Gauge installers in CO?

It seems like we have enough interest in having a dyno day for us northerners, so heres our chance. It will be on April 12th, at PFI performance in Ft. Collins. So far we can figure the first twenty trucks will be $20 each, that's figuring 20 in 8 hours. If we get more trucks the price is $75 per hour or about $30 per truck. I'm going to see if they will just give us a flat rate per truck with a limit of how many vehicles, but this is how it will be as of now.

If you can make it, drop me a PM, e-mail me, or post here and we'll get a list going of who's coming.

Thanks,

Matt

Pending unforseen problems, I'm in too. I just need the actual street address to simplify things.

 What are you doing with a 2wd truck in Colorado:confused:

Flashbacks to my High School days when I would get stuck in parking lots, or in the middle of nowhere waiting for that chance farmer to drive by and help. Chevy 1500. Learned how to dig a path for my truck real good, real quick.

Sticks, I got a 4x4 gasser to drive back and forth to work and stuff. And yes I miss driving my diesel when I do drive that thing.

Anyone planning on going that has any sort of box on a 2002? I would really like to try maybe a EZ or maybe even a comp obviously without the pump wire tapped to feel the increase. Any possibility of this??

mongcalves has a comp on his 02, we put it on when he was up hear at my place, give him a buz to see if he would consider letting you try it out or maybe give you a ride anywho.

cheers, Kevin

Jrandol,

If you end up finding an EZ to try out, make sure you drive your truck easy, cause with the 275's and EZ, you are over the HP limit for the stock auto transmission!!!!

BTW, did you get that fuel leak fixed?

Kev

Sorry for the lack of info guys,

I have been extra busy for some reason. I will make it a point to call them tomorrow to get an exact address and also what time to get started.

Wont tearing up a stock transmission be kinda fun? Just kiddin, I plan to take it kinda easy if I can help it. New transmission isnt planned for a few months anyhow. Yep on the leak, it was number 5, just a hair loose. Dealer cant get my truck in to fix the grid intake heater gasket fix until next week so I think I am just going to go buy the gasket and do it myself. These guys get annoying anyway giving me the runaround, always trying to sell me something in the service center that isnt necessary or written in the service manual anyway.

You know, that number 5 has just kicked my butt this week. MLockners rough idle was also number 5.

Let me know when you get the gasket and if you need help replacing it. I'd be more then happy as soon as I get back to town, to run up there and help out.

I'm planning on being there. I ran my truck on Colorado Diesel's MD-250 and it only pumped out 318hp. According to Don Ramer (ATS), the MD-250 tops out at about 320hp, so I'm anxious to try the Dynojet.
