fuel additives

I just read in the issue thirty "register" about fuel additives in the member2member column by Kevin,"Oil Man". I am interested in the Stanadyne and the Lubrication Engineers DCI+,But he doesn't say where you can buy them. Does any one know where I can get either of them. Thanks alot.
