Well The Fuel Heater "O" ring didnt help a whole heck of a lot . So I guess I try the flippin O rings and see how that goes ,

You would think if it was leaking you would smell fuel or see a haze of oil or something ????

Any one know of a good " non Cummins " Lift pump ? maybe thats the problem Cummins NW wants $ 100. 05 my cost for one , im scared to ask for one for a

"P" pump engine !!!!!

Any one out there know of a good transmission shop that builds the new style VW jetta Auto trannys ?

Napa has the OEM type M73060 for $65 and the Delphi HFP274 upgrade for $85.

Is the Delphi unit the 94 and up one ? is that the one you must trim the plastic to install it ? If i buy one i want one that will work not the Half& Half crap ones

The Delphi is for the 1st gen, it has a larger diaphram than the stock one. My Ford has this style (orginal) but my '91 has the smaller one (orginal).

I guess ill have to try a Dephi out a stock cummins one for a $100 is nuts plus a 45mile trip one way i can imagine shipping would be insane as well

question about fuel bleed down, after running for about 1-2 minutes or so, (runs like a champ) and if I was to disconnect the feed line from the fuel tank to the lift pump, should I see any fuel leaking out of the fuel lift side and/or the hose side? Mine leaks down, took off fuel filter and was about 1/2 full, and on a slight incline. Once running she runs like a champ...I have no leaks anywhere, that is why I was asking the question this way I can either work forward or backwards. Any and all information will be greatly appreciated. .
