2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission fuel capacity 98

i have a 1998 12v Quad cab long bed 4x4

i would like to know how many gallons of fuel the tank will hold

one of my buds said 35 but i have driven it 80miles after the low fuel light came on and can only put 28 gallons of fuel in it

Your buddy was right. 35 for the long bed and 34 for the short bed. Randy

I put 36. 2 gallons in mine the other day, it was so low it lost prime while i was filling it up!
