fuel filter changing questions...

is it easy to get a torque wrench on the top of the filter to get the cap on/off? most torque wrenches have relatively long handles.



also, what do most of you use to lube the cap? oil? fuel?

You'll need an extension between the torque wrench and the socket.



I'm certainly no mechanic, but I was able to easily change mine by following the excellent instructions I found on this web site.



Lube the seal with diesel fuel, as it says in the directions that come with the filter.



Just don't forget to close the drain valve after you get everything back together. Don't ask...
