First time I've seen them made for other than air filters.

If I'm not mistaken this type of indicator only works on a filter that is pre lift pump where the filter is under suction rather than pressure.

I have seen differential pressure gauges that would work in the Dodge application.

They are one gauge that connects to both the inlet and outlet of the filter and reads only the difference in pressures.

In other words takes the math work out of two gauges.

Pricey though
