fuel gauge erratic

I read a post several days ago concerning loss of fuel pressure and it was suggested one should check the square cut gasget at the fuel filter. I cannot find that post. What i need is a good # for a supplier. the part # was3834185-s can someone help with a phone# and or www.# thanks.
