2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Fuel guage always showing full???

I had this problem last month where my odometer read 250 miles and still had a full tank, orange needle indicator pegged to full. Didnt look right so i filled up then it seem to work again. Now i am having that problem again. I tried filling up again thinking that the sending unit might have gotten stuck but i went 300 miles and still showing a full tank.

I had the same problem with the 99 or 2000 truck I had. I took it to the dealer and they replaced it under warranty at the time had it.
