anyone have any ideas, I have had to replace the 40a fuse for the fuel heater about 3 times in the last 2 months, Dodge dealer is clue-less.

Gculp, I am currently having the same problem. I have started troubleshooting it and couldn't find any problems on the secondary side of the circuit. I am going to take a closer look at the thermostat and see if it is grounding to the fuel filter housing. My fuse blows immediately. I had often thought of posting the question here but thought better of it. Good luck and if I find anything I will pass it on to you.

Chris, hope you're able to fix it, mine is a little different in that it doesn't blow the fuse immediately, I check it once a week to see if it is still alive :)
