Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fuel heater thermostat leak

I have a fuel leak on the front of my fuel filter canister on a 2000. I pulled it apart and I'm pretty sure it is the fuel heater thermostat. It is a little plastic plug with and o ring and two wires in it. It has a black cover over it with two screws in it. Well I need the whole set up since it seems to have gotten hot at one time, melted the wires and both side of the plug where it connects into the harness. My question is where is the best place to get these parts and does anyone know how much they are and if I have diagnosed this right. I can't find any posts on this subject so any help would be much appreciated.
