Is it possible to add fuel heater (like fleet guard 3959448S) to 2004 5.9? If so, anyone done it?

Does yours not have a fuel heater from factory? Mine has.
Thanks for the reply. You made me look closer and what I assumed was just the WIF connection appears to be the fuel heater connection that is an integral part of the fuel filter cannister. Just goes to show--never assume anything. Thanks again.
