fuel in oil

has any one had a problem with fuel in oil? clock showed 2196 and i started getting a change oil warning took it to the dealer, they changed oil and sent me on my way.

Nether one of these trucks, this one is a werk truck but still to new to be having this problem im running two of these in our fleet. this one is the forst to have this problem.
