Well guys found the problem, and like alway it was really dumb...#@$%!

Loose injector wire on 2 injectors, tighten them up and runs perfect.

Only found it cause I was going to replace all the injectors, I went to crack the wires loose on them and they where already loose*

However still have a knocking noise I can't find. I had a diesel tech tell me it was an injector but won't hurt anything as long as it dosent do it at speed. And as long as it dosent white smoke or have high egt's
