Finished putting a rebuild 1997.5 12 valve engine together to swap into an econoline. While ground running it on the stand the only issue I noticed was that there is a “class 2” fuel leak coming from under the #2 injector hold down bolt. It’s not the return line or the feed line. You can see it bubbling up from where the injector body and the hold down bolt meet. These are brand new 5x12s 145 degrees from Diesel Auto Power. I swapped in new hold down bolts and copper crush washers (thin ones) and it still leaks. Any ideas?
