Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) fuel leak at fuel filter drain

I have noticed fuel on the left side of my front axle on my 01 Ram 24 valve diesel recently and after checking it appears to be leaking from the bottom of the fuel filter at the drain tube location. Anyone ever have this problem and what is the fix?

I found that the O-rings maybe to thin to seal the water drain to the housing. Snoking

You can also buy the whole drain from Geno's. There is only two screws holding it on. I have one one the shelf for when mine goes bad.
