Hi, everyone. I have had a fuel leak at the front of my injection pump for a while now, it is where the pump connects to the gear case housing area but its on the pump. It appears to only leak when cold and after a warm up cycle it seems to stop. I think that it is leaking out or under a bolt where the a fuel line crosses over. I will try to get a picture when I get home. The pump seems to run fine and the motor is great so I don't know if it can be fixed or needs to be replaced. I don't drive the truck a lot these days but would like to drive it more but I definitely can not afford a new pump or rebuild. Does anyone know a responsible and knowledgeable 1st gen mechanic in the Nampa-Boise Idaho area?

Thanks, Corey

Sounds kinda like mine used to do. Is it under that half square looking hold down bolt t
hat has the line from the KSB under it ? What I did was get a 10mm combination wrench on it and put a BF screwdriver through the closed end of the wrench and put some muscle to it, been sealed for 2 years now !
