I found a leak on my 95 where the fuel lines meet the hard lines that come up from the tank. The leak is along side the transmission. I tightened the hose clamps and wiped everything off. I plan to go back later in the week to see exactly where it's coming from. It may be leaking where the hard line meets the stainless braided line but I'm not sure.

So I wanted to know what everyone is doing for replacement fuel lines? If it is in fact the stainless line leaking, I will have to figure out what to do with that.

Thanks.

If you haven't changed out the rubber fuel lines they are probalbly leaking.

The fuel will run down the hose.

Rubber Marine hose rated for dieslel is the way to go. 5/16 for return line, 3/8 for supply line. No boat shops in your area check out Foster Truck he carries the marine hose.

Missouri,

I'm sorry, I suppose I should have mentioned that I already have Larry B's hoses on at the engine. I'm thinking that my leak may be where the hard line attaches to the stainless braided line.

I had a fuel leak like that once that was from the input connection to the fuel filter. It would drip down on the fuel lines so it looked like a fuel line leak. The input banjo fitting on the fuel filter is actually two fittings, one from the lift pump and one form the injector return manifold.
