I've got a fuel leak coming from back around the last injector somewhere. It's not like major, but there is an occasional drip after it's ran for a few minutes. I thought maybe the line was loose so I checked and everything was tight. So then I backed it off and re-tightened it... still doin it. Is there any other lines or anything back there that could be loose??, I've checked every fitting I could find to see it was tight and everything seems fine. Could the last injector line fitting be cross threaded?? and causing it to leak around it??. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I had a small leak seeping out of injector #2. I nicked an injector tube and had to replace it. I tried to loosen the hard line and turn the tube and retighten it but the tube had a small void in it were it seated against the hard line.

Well, I still haven't completely found the leak but I do know the general area that it's coming from. The truck is goin up to Enterprise friday to get fixed so hopefully things will work out.

Erik, I had the same problem not too long ago. I had to bleed my lines by the side of the road after running out of fuel. I made two mistakes when re-tightening the fittings. One, I didn't hold the line in seated snug against the connector tube, as I snugged down the fitting. Two, I didn't get out the Snap-On torque wrench and 19mm crowsfoot wrench and torque the fitting to 28ft. lbs. as called for in the manual. Wasn't motivated to do so, with 18 wheelers roaring past me, 2 feet away from my butt.
