Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Hello All, working on the mud truck and putting a reg cab and short bed on it, and thus can't run the factory fuel tank and will need to plumb in a fuel cell and need some help on the connections thread size. I'm 500+ miles away from the truck and need to get some fittings ordered so they will be here next week, here are my questions:
The truck is a 96 2500 12 valve
Ok, from the tank it comes into the fuel pump or screen first? What is that size?
the line going into the fuel filter comes from the pump or screen, What is the size of both ends?
the banjo's on top of the fuel filter are 10mm x 1. 5? is that correct?
I know the fuel in and out banjo's on the injection pump are 14mm x 1. 5
Do you know what size the line is coming off the injectors? I'm going to cut that line off, and T it into the return from the injection pump, I'm replacing the banjo from it with a 14mm banjo to 3/8" barb connector and run 3/8" line to the tank. The supply line will be -8 AN and self locking hoses.
Any help would be appreciated
