What size(inside diameter) line should I use to isolate my fuel press sender from the injection pump? I know some people use grease gun hoses but I'm gonna have a hose made up at a hydralic shop for reliabilty.
I had some braided fuel line (16") of 5/8 so I used that and if ya want to mount it locally Grab a "Yard tool " holder from Home depot , Lowes , or similar and the sender fits in perfectly and neatly on the firewall (Autometer anyways) It looks slick as slick and gets chicks too well maybee not that far but if they saw it I bet ... ... ..... aww nevermind
Briar Hopper sells a mechanical fuel pressure hose and gauge that hooks up to the Banjo connection pre-fuel filter or the one near the VP44. I used his hose(an A/C charging hose with 2500psi
+ pressure max)and hooked it to my Westach fuel pressure sending unit on my fender with his Banjo connection.
It's a 5' hose so I did a couple of loops to my sensor. It works great!
