Fuel line sleeve

I installed the duel fuel filter system from throttle up industries and one of the compression sleeves has cracks on the edges and build up inside. Anyone know where I can get one of these exact sleeves? I tried a brass sleeve but it didn't work, I brought the fittings together but the fuel line moved back and forth while it was tight.
I contacted the guys at throttle up but nobody is getting back to me.

I was able to use this same sleeve with out any leaks.
