Fuel lines and bioD

I've got a auxillary fuel tank in the bed of my truck... Eventual plan is to convert it to hold SVO/WVO, but for the time being I want to use it, along with my regular tank for BioDiesel. Problem is the fuel lines to the tank are standard rubber lines. I'm thinking that I need to replace these lines with something else... My local A/P stores only carry rubber, any suggestions on what to use, and where to get it from?

try aeroquip hose they should make something that will work, teflon hose will work its spendy so sit down when the total up the cost.
