not sure on the 95 but mine is a 17 mm wrench and take the banjo bolt off from both ends of ths hose, be careful as there are 2 banjo washers on each bolt, you can re-use these so dont loose them... ... ... ... ... Kevin

The '95 is nothing like a 2001. Which line blew up? You will probably have to remove some things to get some room to work. Remove the two nuts that fasten the master cylinder to the vacuum booster. Then lean the master cylinder toward the fender. It's also a good idea to remove the starter. Disconnect the batteries. Remove the two wires from the starter. Then you need a 12 point 10mm wrench or socket to remove the three screws that hold the starter. If you have a new fuel filter then remove the old one. If it was one of the hoses that blew you can get at them to replace them. Use diesel rated hose. I think one hose is 3/8" and the other is 5/16" but I'm not sure. Maybe someone who knows for sure will chime in.

fuel line

thanks for the replies. It is the return line the one the get cooked buy the high head temps . I wonder if removing the brake master will give me enough room the abs is on that fender too? Do I remove the starter to get to the hose clamp at the bell housing or will the brake removal give the room I need the get the darn hose clamp . I got the clamp at the fuel pump boy was it cooked on there , from under the truck front driver side of the engine I used a long scewdrive to push it off after the clamp was removed.

i have done a return line on a 95 from the bottom w/o pulling starter..... it can be done, lotsa cussin and some flexible shaft nut drivers

I did mine as well from the bottom without removing the starter, remove the clamps that hold the fuel lines against the floor or the rame, don't remember which now, and it will help in getting the lower clamps off the hose. The other end behind the fuel filter just takes time and cussin'.
