I decided to finally calculate my fuel mileage just to see how good/bad it was. My 6 tank average was 19. 3 mpg. I figured that was alright considering my mods and my foot made of lead. I am curious to see what kind of milage you other guys are getting.

Hey NeedMoPower, that sounds exactly like what I get. However my most recent mileage won't be so great, due to my hammering the go pedal to get those yards cut before dark. (I cut grass on the side)
Anyway, I was kind of wondering myself what my mileage would do once I get my 'Ol Blue Specials put in. I'll keep ya all posted.

I'm getting about 13. 5 mpg's lately. Even when new I never got over 15. 5mpg's. This is mostly around town. I really think it has to do with the fuel in CA. I have talked to guys at the shooting range that go to Montana and other states around there and they say it is like a 100hp. increase just by using out of CA. state fuel.

My 93 will only get 17 mpg on the road and 15+ around town. When towing my 20ft enclosed 7,000 lb car trailer, that figure drops to 11? Good news is that the Getrag 360 that I went through a couple of months ago is still in one piece, knock on wood! At 11 mpg towing, it's still better than the 83 1/2 ton Chevy was at 8 mpg. One track I run at is on top of Afton Mountain here in Virginia. That pull in the Chevy was WFO in second gear (automatic) with windows rolled down and the heater on, trying to keep it cool at 27 mph. The Dodge is WFO in third with the windows up, the A/C running and 40 mph. Guess you could say I'm better off, huh? See Ya!... ... ... ... . Racer

Over 78,000 km my overall mileage is 18mpg (US gallon). On the highway going into central BC the truck will average easily 19-21 mpg (provided I don't step on it) pulling a utility trailer loaded with hunting gear.

21. 5 freeway, around 60 MPH. At 70, drops to around 20. In town averages around 18. 5. The above is severely impacted by a heavy foot, love to make sure the mods are working right! #ad
