Fuel Mileage Dropped After New Computer

Finally had to put a new computer on my 07 3500 6. 7 after almost 185,000 miles. Everything is working good except that I have lost about 5 mpg. Took it back to the Dodge house and had them clear the computer and reprogram but still the same thing. Thanks in advance for any help.
