Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I just made a run down to Rawhide Arizona. Total mileage was 2272 miles. Total fuel used was 149 gallons. Figures out to 15. 2 MPG. I tried to stay 60 miles per hour or under. Made the same trip in '06 at 14. 9 MPG without concern for speed.
$549 for diesel comes out to $3. 68 per gallon. High was where I got off I-40 and onto US 191N. I paid $4. 299 for 5 gallons to make sure I could get to Moab, UT without running out. I filled up in Rawlins on the way down and the sign out front said $3. 599 but my wife was doing the book work as we went down I-80 and noticed the receipt was for $2. 599 and thats what it figured out to be. I don't know what was up with that.
The 10 year old truck has 183,000 trouble free miles and the 12 year old Camper has about 150,000 miles on it. Both worked flawless. The gross weight is 9700 and the truck empty weighs 6900. The truck door plate says 8800 GVW. OMG the weight police will love this.
