Snoking's idea of winter fuel is a good one, but I don't know if anyone is distributing winter blend just yet. I'm in Minnesota and have not yet seen any winter blends, but they should be appearing soon. If you are in one of the southern or warmer climate states, winter fuel would not be an issue.
Did you purchase your last fill of fuel someplace that you don't normally do so? You may also have gotten some poorer quality fuel. I would try running another tank or two and see if things change.
Considering that your fuel filter was just changed, make sure that the filter drain is closed tight and that the filter housing cap is not leaking. It might be that you are pulling in small amounts of air with the fuel even if it is not leaking any fuel out. Just a thought.
Being in a colder climate, I typically see a drop in fuel mileage this time of year due to colder temperatures even if I am running straight #2 fuel, but the change is gradual and coincides with average air temperatures. Colder air is more dense and it takes more power to push your truck through it for any given speed. transmission, rear ends, and tires are stiffer in the cold as well, and take longer to warm up to a temperature where they all turn easier.
